Jeff Asmus has 30 years’ experience delivering creative, practical, and successful solutions in leadership development, organizational effectiveness, performance management, executive coaching, and operational excellence. Jeff brings a strong fundamental understanding of business, and is highly skilled at building strategic partnerships, effective communication, coaching, facilitation, problem solving, and change management.

Before founding Asmus Consulting, Jeff held leadership positions at Texas Instruments where he designed global talent solutions, led organization transformations, managed global teams and external provider networks, and solved business problems.

Jeff has worked as a consultant inside energy, automotive, food and pharmaceutical companies. He helped one client transform their learning function over three years through a series of high-impact projects.

Jeff holds a Master of Arts in Counseling and Human Resources from Amberton University, and a Bachelor of Science in Sports and Recreation Management from the University of Wisconsin–LaCrosse. Jeff also holds certifications in coaching, conflict management, learning program design, and a variety of personality assessments.
